Braid Bar Policies

Welcome to Braid Bar! Please read our policies carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

Deposit Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • The deposit will be applied to your final balance on the day of service.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in deposit forfeiture.

  • If you need to reschedule, you may transfer your deposit once if 24 hours’ notice is given.

  • No-call/no-show appointments will automatically forfeit their deposit.

Late & Cancellation Policy

  • Clients are given a 15-minute grace period before a $15 late fee is applied.

  • If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

Payment Policy

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of service.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, and Tap to Pay.

  • No refunds will be issued after services have been rendered.

Hair Preparation

  • Please arrive with clean, detangled, and product-free hair unless you have booked a wash & blow-dry add-on.

  • If additional detangling is required, a $20 detangling fee may apply.

  • Failure to arrive with properly prepped hair may result in appointment rescheduling or additional fees.

Guest Policy

  • 1 guests per client is allowed.

  • No children unless they are recieving a service.

  • The salon suite is a private space to ensure a calm and professional environment.

Content & Social Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken before, during, or after your appointment for promotional purposes.

  • If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify me before your appointment.

Rebooking & Touch-Ups

  • Touch-ups are available for certain styles within 2-3 weeks of your original appointment.

  • Rebooking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred date and time.

Service Refusal Policy

  • Braid Bar reserves the right to refuse service to clients who display inappropriate behavior, arrive under the influence, or do not adhere to the policies listed.
