Booking & Deposits

  • Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your final service cost.

  • You can reschedule once if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. The deposit will transfer to your new appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Yes! Please come with clean, detangled, and product-free hair unless you have booked a wash & blow-dry add-on.

  •  It depends on the style. Some services include hair, while others require you to bring your own. Check the service details or ask before booking.

  • Yes! We work with all hair types. Some styles may require extra hair extensions for added fullness or length.

Hair Preparation & Requirements

During & After Your Appointment

  • The time varies based on the style and length. On average:

    Box Braids/Knotless Braids – 4-7 hours

    Feed-In Braids/Cornrows – 1.5-3 hours

    Faux Locs/Passion Twists – 5-8 hours

  • No! We use low-tension techniques to avoid pain, pulling, or scalp damage.

  • Moisturize your scalp, wrap your hair at night with a silk or satin scarf, and avoid excessive pulling or tension.

Braiding Maintenance & Longevity

  • Most braids last between 4-8 weeks with proper care.

  • Yes! Washing your braids every 2-3 weeks helps maintain a clean and healthy scalp. Use diluted shampoo and focus on your roots.

  • Yes! We offer touch-up services for new growth or frizz maintenance.

Policies & Additional Info

  • No extra guests are allowed unless they are getting a service.

  • We accept Cash, Card, Apple Pay, and online payments via Square.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee may apply. After 30 minutes, your appointment may be canceled.
